This document outlines the terms and conditions ("Agreement") between RG-VP WEB SOLUTIONS (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and the enrolled engineering students (hereinafter referred to as "Interns") participating in the Web Development & Digital Marketing Internship Program.
1. Eligibility:
Interns must be enrolled engineering students with a fundamental understanding of web development and digital marketing.
Interns must possess their own laptop with a minimum additional 300GB disk space available for Linux installation.
Interns must have their own vehicle for commuting to the office.
Interns must be localized in Nagpur and willing to work in the Company's office premises.
2. Internship Duration:
The internship program duration will be upto 6 months.
Interns are required to commit min. 24 hrs per week to the internship program, to be worked within the Company's office hours.
3. Roles and Responsibilities:
Interns will be assigned tasks related to web development and digital marketing under the supervision and guidance of designated mentors.
Interns are expected to comply with Company policies, work diligently on assigned tasks, and actively participate in team discussions and activities.
4. Laptop Configuration and Software Installation:
Interns must provide their own laptop meeting the Company's minimum technical specifications, including additional 300GB disk space for Linux installation.
The Company will provide guidance and support for Linux installation on the Intern's laptop if required for the internship tasks.
5. Vehicle and Commuting:
Interns are responsible for their own commuting to the Company's office premises and should possess a reliable mode of transportation, preferably their own vehicle.
6. Workplace Conduct and Professionalism:
Interns are expected to maintain professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude while working in the Company's office.
Any misconduct, including but not limited to harassment or unethical behavior, will result in immediate termination of the internship.
7. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property:
Interns must maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and data accessed during the internship period.
Any work, creations, or inventions developed during the internship shall be the property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
8. Termination:
The Company reserves the right to terminate an intern's participation in the program at any time due to unsatisfactory performance, policy violations, or for any other justifiable reason.
9. Agreement Acceptance:
By participating in the internship program, Interns acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
10. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maharashtra, India.
11. Amendments:
The Company reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at its discretion. Any changes will be communicated to Interns in writing.
